DEFLECTA® TOPEL™ and DEFLECTA MOISTURE SUPPRESSANT® products were applied to the Car Park and Office Area at the Essendon Fields project in Melbourne.
DEFLECTA® TOPEL™ was applied to the two level car park, internal basement and ground level external exposed concrete area including entrance/exit ramps and stairwells to maintain surface wearability and create a hydrophobic surface to aide in improving slip resistance which are safety concerns to staff, patrons and visitors.
DEFLECTA MOISTURE SUPPRESSANT® was applied to the 4 level internal office area to assist in the control of moisture to the sub-floor prior to the installation of floor coverings.
The new car park and office facilities of approximately 7,500sqm was developed due to high demand and location.
